Staff Profiles

Dr. Robert Daniels is the founder of the group. Originally from Philadelphia, he received his premedical education at Princeton University, medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and four year residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NYC. Dr. Daniels was originally Board Certified in 1986 and has maintained his board status through the re-certification process.

Dr. Nancy Allen grew up in Jamestown. An honors graduate of the State University at Buffalo School of Medicine, She remained at UB for her residency training. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Mrs. Karen Winterburn is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is an honors graduate of the State University at Buffalo. A member of the International Nursing Honor Society, Mrs. Winterburn has been with Lane Women’s Health since 1996.

Mrs. Katie Ireland is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is nationally certified. She attended Gannon University where she graduated with honors. Mrs. Ireland is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State and the honor society of nursing. She has been with Lane Women’s Health since 2014.

Ms. Toni Gustafson is our ultrasonographer with over 20 years of experience. She is certified with the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. Lane Women’s Health Group is one in only 600 in the country certified by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Mrs. Debra Arndt is a Certified Nurse Midwife who obtained her master’s degree in midwifery from the Frontier School of Midwifery in Hyden, KY. A member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, Mrs. Arndt joined our group in August of 2010.
Completing the picture is a group of highly trained nurses and office staff dedicated to patient service. They are readily available for everything from words of reassurance to questions about insurance!

Korinda Wells, Certified Nurse Midwife joined our practice in May of 2015.  Ms. Wells obtained her masters in midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.
